Current advisors

Samuel Baker, QC

Founder, senior practitioner and partner an international law firm and Canadian counsel to a host of multi-national corporations, Samuel Baker has taught at Stanford, the University of Toronto and the Canadian Bar Association. In addition, he has extensive volunteer work with charitable, business, civic and professional organizations, including serving as Secretary to the FACT Board of Directors. He currently heads his own independent law firm in Don Mills.

Dr. Julie Chen, ND

Dr. Chen is the manager of new product development at Genuine Health. She is a naturopathic doctor.

Dr. Fred Hui

Dr. Hui has over 20 years experience of integrating Eastern & Western medicine in his private practice. He is a past president of the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada, was a member of the FACT Board of Directors for many years and is also a Lecturer in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto.

Dr. Ted Lo

Dr. Lo is the founder of FACT. An assistant professor in Psychiatry at the University of Toronto, Ted has a special interest in cross-cultural issues and health education. He has been recognised as a leader in CAM and integrative medicine in Canada and in the world.

Dr. Ralph Masi

An assistant professor at the Department of Community and Family Medicine at the University of Toronto, and past President of the Ontario College of Family Physicians, Dr. Masi is a leader in the multicultural health movement. He has recently become interested in the role of physicians in the area of complementary and alternative medicine.

Mr. Kai Wing Tsang

Mr. Tang is an Honourable Legal Advisor.

Mr. Raymond Tsang

Mr. Tsang is the manager of the Natural Health Products Directorate at Health Canada.
