Membership benefits and categories

There are four FACT member categories. For a description of each category, the benefits of membership and a membership application form, click on one of the following categories:

1. Individual members
2. Practitioner members
3. Corporate members
4. Advisors

To become a member, select the appropriate membership category and print the application form attached to that page. Send the completed form and a cheque for the membership fee to:

Membership renewal

Memberships are renewed each year on April 1st. In February, you will recieve a renewal notification. Send any corrections to your contact information, together with a cheque for your annual fee to the address listed above. Your new membership card should arrive sometime in April.

Volunteers

FACT is a non-profit organisation run by its members. We have a number of volunteer opportunities available. If you would like to contribute your time or talents to FACT, please see the list of volunteer positions we have available or e-mail us.
